We are factory, not trading company, our factory is located in Jiangsu China.
How do you ensure the freshness of fruits and fruit juice during production and transportation?
To guarantee the freshness of our orange juice during production and transportation, we adopt strict whole‑process cold chain control:
In production, fresh oranges are squeezed within 4 hours after harvest under low‑temperature conditions. We use mild pasteurization to kill harmful bacteria while preserving original flavor and nutrients. The juice is then filled in an aseptic cold‑filling workshop and sealed immediately to avoid oxidation and contamination. The whole production process is kept at 0–4°C to lock in freshness.
During transportation and storage, we use refrigerated trucks for full‑cold‑chain delivery with stable temperature control. Our opaque packaging blocks sunlight and UV rays to prevent vitamin loss and discoloration. We also maintain strict inventory turnover to shorten delivery time, ensuring fresh taste reaches customers.
Do you have any certificate for your juice and fresh fruits?
Richee has obtained HACCP, ISO22000 and ISO9001 certifications, strictly comply with green food production standards to ensure natural, healthy and safe raw materials from the source, providing solid support for product quality.
